SHAFT SEAL
Remove or Disconnect (Figures 15 and 16)
Tools required:
J 5403 Snap Ring Pliers
J 9553-01 O-ring Remover
J 23128-A Seal Remover
1. Retainer ring using J 5403.
2. Shaft seal.
• Engage the knurled tangs of J 23128-A into the
recessed portion of the seal by turning the han­
dle clockwise (figure 15).
3. O-ring using J 9553-01 (figure 16).
