TIME SET

Allows selection of either 12 or 24 hour time format and provides entry of
local time offset from Universal Coordinated Time (UTC), sometimes called
Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). UTC is the time at the Prime Meridian, or zero
degrees (0°) Longitude which passes through Greenwich, England.
