Press the [ADVANCED] button to enter the
advanced menu, and then press the [ITU
MAILBOX] button.

Press the [CONFIDENTIAL] or [BULLETIN
BD.] button, then the [INPUT] button.

Press the [ENTER] button.
- If the type of selected box is not opened, "No entry" appears.

Press the [BOX NUMBER] button to
display the next screen, key in the box
number (max. 20 digits), and then press
the [ENTER] button.
- When a password is specified, press the [PASSWORD] button to
display the next screen, key in the password (max. 20 digits) then
press the [ENTER] button.

Press the [ENTER] button.
- If the entered box number is incorrect, "No entry" appears. If the
entered password for the [BULLETIN BD] is incorrect, "Invalid
number" appears. Key in the correct box number or password.

Press the [START] button.
- The document is stored in the memory.
- To cancel storage, press the [STOP] button, then the [JOB
CANCEL] button.
