STEP 1 Use M6 x 15 screw (B1) x 16 pcs, M6 flat washer (D1) x 16 pcs and spring washer (E1) x 16 pcs to attach swivel castor with lock (22) x 2 pcs and without lock (23) x 2 pcs to the cabinet base panel (4).
  • Page 14 STEP 3 Use M6 x 15 screw (B1) x 5 pcs to assemble the cabinet back panel (7). Note: Please DO NOT tighten the screws of this step now. STEP 4 Use M6 x 15 (B1) x 4 pcs to attach the cabinet horizontal beam (8) to the side panels.

STEP 1 Use M6 x 15 screw (B3) x 16 pcs, M6 flat washer (D3) x 16 pcs and spring washer (E3) x 16 pcs to attach the swivel castor with lock (48) x 2 pcs and without lock (49) x 2 pcs onto the cabinet base panel (44).

  • Page 24 STEP 7 Use M6 x 15 screw (B3) x 4 pcs to attach side shelf brackets (18 & 19) to the right side of the drawer module. DO NOT tighten the screws now, we may need some adjustment when we assemble the foldable side shelf to ensure the front fascia is in line.
  • Page 25 KITCHEN - ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 1 Use M6 x 15 screw (B2) x 4 pcs, M6 Flat Washer (D2) x 4 pcs and M6 spring washer (E2) x 4 pcs to connect the BBQ and sink module. Note: Make sure the regulator hose and crimple pipe go through the holes as shown.
  • Page 26 STEP 2 Use M6 x 15 screw (B2) x 4 pcs to fix the cabinet horizontal beam (29) to the cart. Then fix cushion rubber (A2) x 2 pcs to the beam. Note: Fix the M6 x 15 screw (B2) x 4 pcs to the cabinet side panel first (DO NOT tighten them now) and then hang the cabinet horizontal beam (29) to the screws.
  • Page 27 STEP 3 Lift out the side burner trivet. Remove the 2 screws and then take out the side burner head. STEP 4 Attach the side burner orifice onto the bracket as shown under the side burner shelf.
  • Page 28 STEP 5 Replace the side burner to the original position and tighten the 2 screws again. Note: Make sure the side burner venturi pipe is located over the injector as shown. Put back the side burner trivet and then insert the ignition wire as shown in the following picture.
  • Page 29 STEP 7 Use M6 x 15 screw (B3) x 4 pcs, M6 flat washer (D3) x 4 pcs and M6 spring washer (E3) x 4 pcs to connect the BBQ and drawer module.
  • Page 30 STEP 8 Use door hinge x 6 (21, 36 & 47) and M4 x 10 screw x 72 pcs (C1, C2 & C3) to assemble the cabinet door x 6 pcs (9, 34 & 45) as shown in the following picture. Note: There are two adjustable screws on the door hinge, which can help you adjust the gap between the two doors.
  • Page 31 STEP 9 Open the cabinet door, and feed the hose through the cabinet side panel to connect to the cylinder. Connect the water supply and feed the waste pipe through the middle hole on the back panel of the sink module cart.
