Note the following:
•
Connect the ūmi console to your TV directly using the HDMI cable. Insert the cable into the HDMI Out
port on your console, and into any available HDMI port on your TV.
•
Connect the ūmi console to your receiver using an optical cable (sold separately). Insert the cable into
the Audio Out port on your console, and into the optical port on your receiver.
•
To view ūmi call video, you need to switch your TV to the HDMI source connected to your console.
•
To correctly hear ūmi call audio, you need to switch the audio source on your receiver to your console.
Make sure your TV speakers are off.
•
If you have other devices such as a Blu-ray player or game controller, connect them to your receiver
as you would normally.
