You can call extensions associated with a Phantom
extension. The call arrives at all extensions who
have the same Phantom extension number.
To call a phantom extension

Off-hook.
To answer

• The Phantom extension button light shows the current status as follows:
Off: Idle
Red on: You are calling a phantom extension.
Flashing green: Incoming call
