For this example, the 3G modem is attached to port COM6. We select COM6 as the Mobile
Phone Port. If you are unsure what Port your modem is connected, browse your Device Manager
under Modems. Right click on your device and click on Properties. You can see the Port and
maximum port speed on the Modem tab.
