3. Slide the pump down off of the crankshaft (see
Figure 72).

4. Inspect the key and keyway on crankshaft (see
Figure 73).

5. Apply a thin layer of grease to the crankshaft before
installing the pump.
6. Slide the pump onto the crankshaft making sure the
key lines up with the keyway in the pump.
7. Install the pump/engine mounting bolts and tighten
to 25 ft-lb (34 N·m).

MAINTENANCE
Remove and Install the Pump –
WP3000Z
1. Disconnect high-pressure hose and soap siphon
hose from pump.
2. Remove the 4 mounting bolts holding the pump to
the engine (see Figure 74).

3. Slide the pump out off of the crankshaft (see Figure
74).
4. Inspect the key and keyway on crankshaft (see
Figure 75).

5. Apply a thin layer of grease to the crankshaft before
installing the pump.
6. Slide the pump onto the crankshaft making sure the
key lines up with the keyway in the pump.
7. Install the pump/engine mounting bolts and tighten
to 30 ft-lb (41 N·m).
