From the drop-down list adjacent to parameter 'Device', select 'Default WAN Device'
(or your PPTP/L2TP connection you have created) and click OK; the screen 'Edit
Device Traffic Shaping' opens.

Limit the Tx bandwidth (parameter 'Tx Bandwidth') according to your modem's uplink
bandwidth.
5.
To prevent jitter in outgoing RTP packets, select 'When Active Voice Calls Exist' from
the drop-down list adjacent to parameter 'TCP Serialization' and use parameter
'Maximum Delay' to define the maximum allowed delay (e.g. 20 milliseconds). This will
cause long TCP packets to be fragmented when there is an active voice call.
