Attention :
1. Make it the mode 16 by the first HSYNC, the VSYNC distinction in the time beyond 640 line when you
recognize it with the mode 16.
2. When resolution beyond 1024 × 768 is inputted, resolution is lowered with Down scaling to 1024 × 768,
and indicated, and OSD should indicate OUT of Range.
