3.2 Domestic hot water heating with cylinder loading system
The Viessmann cylinder loading system is
a combination comprising a Vitocell-L
storage cylinder and a Vitotrans 222 heat
exchanger kit. The cylinder loading sys
tem for domestic hot water applications
is particularly suitable for use in conjunc
tion with:
H large cylinder storage capacities involv
ing staggered loading and withdrawal
times, e.g. hot water draw-off at peak
times in schools, sports centres, hospi
tals, barracks, institutional buildings
etc.

is controlled through the Vitotronic 333.

return temperatures are limited, e.g.
district heating systems or condensing
boilers.
The wide temperature range on the do
mestic hot water side produces a low
return temperature, providing the bene
fit of almost total condensing in the
case of condensing technology.

The cylinder loading system can be con
trolled by a 1 Vitotronic 100, 200, 300,
333 or 050.
Boiler
Please note:
The cylinder loading system can be con
trolled through the Vitotronic 100, 200,
300 or 333. If none of these control units
is installed or if two or more cylinder
loading systems are installed, a mixing
valve control of the Vitotronic 050 (Type
HK1W or HK3W) can also be used for
control purposes.
