Page 3: Before You Start
• This Power System unit should only be used on a level surface and is intended for indoor use only. Keys Fitness recommends an equipment mat be placed under the unit to protect the floor or carpet and for easier cleaning. - Page 4 NOTE: Hand tighten bolts and nylon nuts until machine is fully assembled. STEP 1 Connect the U Base (1) to the Middle Base (2) with Bolts (32), Washers (41) and Nylon Lock Nuts (42). ASSEMBLY STEP 2 Attach the Rear Upright (4) to the Rear Base (3) with bolts (31), Washers (41) and Nylon Lock Nuts (42).
- Page 5 ASSEMBLY NOTE: Hand tighten bolts and nylon nuts until machine is fully assembled. STEP 3 Attach Middle Base (2) to Rear Base (3) with Bolts (32), Washers (41) and Nylon Lock Nuts (42). Insert Guide Rods (8) into Middle Base (2).
- Page 6 ASSEMBLY NOTE: Hand tighten bolts and nylon nuts until machine is fully assembled. STEP 4 Attach Slide Frame (6) onto Middle Base (2) with bolt (31), Washers (41) and Nylon Lock Nut (42). Place Slide Frame (6) over Guide Upright (5) and secure with Pop Pin. Attach Top Frame (7) to Guide Upright (5), Guide Rods (8) and Rear Upright (4) as shown.
- Page 7 ASSEMBLY NOTE: Hand tighten bolts and nylon nuts until machine is fully assembled. STEP 5 Complete Cable (11) and Pulley assembly as shown.
- Page 8 ASSEMBLY NOTE: Hand tighten bolts and nylon nuts until machine is fully assembled. STEP 6 Attach Shrouds to frame using Allen Bolts (38) and Washers (40).
