Cleaning of these items will be needed more frequently to avoid feed problems if scanning a large quantity of this type of paper.

The Brake Roller has an approximate life of 250,000 pages. If NCR or carbonless paper is scanned the life span of the Brake Roller may be decreased by as much as 50%.

The Pick Rollers have an approximate life of 250,000 pages. Make sure to align the slot in the roller collar with the screw in the shaft. • Install the new Pick Roller onto the shaft.

These counters will keep track of how many pages have been scanned since the last time the consumables were replaced.

These items should be cleaned at least every 20,000 sheets. This notification can be configured to display at user selected intervals. This will alert the user to clean the scanner.
