When the temperature is comfortable,
turn the "FAN" switch to the 2 position
(medium-fresh air). If less cooling is de-
sired turn the "FAN" switch to the 1
position (low-fresh air). Readjust upper
outlets
to
obtain indirect cooling and
maintain comfort. If warmer air is de-
sired, move the TEMPERATURE CON-
TROL LEVER down. If desired, the
side outlets and floor outlets can be
manually closed.

If the outside air is extremely humid or
too warm for fresh air cooling, tUrn
I4FAN" switch to the 3 position (medium-
recirculated air). This is also recom-
mended when driving through areas
which are extremely dusty or have objec-
tionable odors.
Use your air conditioner during the hay
fever season to filter out the pollen and
enjoy driving in complete comfort, choos-
ing any of the 4 uFAN" switch positions
to suit the cooling requirements.

Air conditioned cars must be protected
with permanent type anti-freeze during
summer to 15° or lower to prevent the
heater core from freezing. Do not use
same anti-freeze for more than one year.
