Note: Before you start the servicing, disable the internal battery pack. See "Disabling the internal battery
pack" on page 60.
For access, remove these FRUs in order:
• "1010 SIM card and SIM-card tray" on page 60
• "1020 External battery pack" on page 60
• "2010 LCD-bezel sheet and LCD bezel assembly (for non-touch models)" on page 101
• "2020 LCD panel (for non-touch models)" on page 103

When installing:
Ensure that the connector of the camera and microphone module is attached firmly.
