FOR VALVE / PILOT INSTALLATIONS
IT WILL BE EASIER TO ASSEMBLE THE BURNER / GAS TRAIN,
OUTSIDE OF THE FIREPLACE, AND THEN PLACE THE ENTIRE
ASSEMBLY INTO THE FIREPLACE, FOR FINAL GAS HOOK-UP.
FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS THAT ARE INCLUDED WITH THE
VALVE / PILOT KIT, AND/OR THE FOLLOWING:

FOR VALVE/PILOT INSTALLATIONS
Follow the instructions that come with the kit, and/or the following:
1-
Place the burner upside down, with the tines facing away from
you, on the floor, outside of the fireplace. ( SEE FIGURE 15 )
2-
Locate the two (2) valve bracket mounting holes, on the right
hand side of the burner. ( SEE FIGURE 15 )

3-
Place the valve shield upside down, and install two (2) bolts and
two (2) 1" stand-offs. ( SEE FIGURE 16 )
4-
Using a #2 Phillips Screw Driver and a 3/8" wrench, mount the
valve shield to the burner in the upside down position.
( SEE FIGURE 17 )
5-
Place the burner in the upright position, with the valve shield on
the right hand side. ( SEE FIGURE 18 )
