Modes of Operation The cooker hood works with Air Extraction The air is drawn in and cleaned by the grease filters and directed outside. When the cooker hood is switched on, the non-return flap opens for the cooking vapours to be ducted away. There must be adequate ventilation of the room when the cooker hood is used at the same time as appliances burning gas or other fuels.
