REMOVING THE BOTTOM COVER & HOOD LAMP SOCKET
WARNING
Electrical Shock Hazard
Disconnect power before servicing.
Replace all parts and panels before
operating.
Failure to do so can result in death or
electrical shock.
NOTE: Sharp edges may be present.
1. Unplug the microwave oven or disconnect
the power.
Lift The Rear Edge Of
The Bottom Cover

2. Remove the six screws from the bottom
cover and lower the top edge of the cover.

3. Disconnect the turntable motor connector
and the lamp connector.
4. Lift the rear edge of the bottom cover away
from the two tabs and lower the cover.
5. To remove a hood lamp socket and
lamp:
a) Twist the socket and align the two tabs
with the hole slots, then pull the socket
out of the light shield hole.
b) Pull the pins of the lamp out of the
socket holes.
