    ETUPS If your PCs, smartphones, and tablets already connect to a local LAN or WLAN that the SMCWTVA100 can also connect to, then it is not necessary to connect your devices directly over wireless to the SMCWTVA100 except in Miracast or Mirror mode (Miracast protocol is a point-to-point wireless only protocol).
