Configuring

The printer is set up by factory default for most users. For those who need a special
configuration, the LR3000 offers various settings. These options can be modified through the
Printer's menu. Several settings can be changed in the Printer Menu.
The Printer Menu is self-explanatory. To enter the Printer Menu you have to switch off the
printer and switch on again with the FEED BUTTON (

Configuration Mode
This mode offers the possibility to change the language, printer density, configuration of Near
End Paper Sensor, paper width, Command Set and Print Mode.
(¹) The "Paper Width" can be altered only if the "Command Set " is configured as "LOGIC CONTROLS."
To enter the Printer Menu you have to switch off the printer and switch on again with the FEED
BUTTON ( ) pressed. Wait until that the menu is printed release and press the FEED BUTTON
( ) again.
Choose the next parameter by pressing the Cut button (
the Feed button (
Cut button; it will automatically move to the next parameter in the list.
The printer will guide you through the options by printing a response after every decision you
make.
To jump back you have to restart the Configuration Mode and go through the list of
parameters.

2.2.1. Language Configuration

In this section, you can configure the language that the Printer Menus will present to
you. You can configure to English, Spanish or Portuguese.
The factory default setting is English.
