Unlike water-powered cleaners, which put all dirt and debris through your existing pool pump and filter, ROBO-KLEEN PLUS has its own pump and filter system.

Robo-Kleen PLUS Manual:Layout 1 7/17/09 5:53 PM Page 4 Installation The power supply should be positioned so that ROBO-KLEEN PLUS can reach all the walls of the swimming pool and must be at a minimum distance of 10 feet from the edge of the pool.

IS IN OPERATION TO AVOID ENTANGLEMENT WITH CORD a. Connect the cable to the power supply b. Grasp the cleaner by a side handle and place ROBO-KLEEN PLUS in the pool. c. Rock the unit from front to back and side to side, releasing trapped air, until the unit slowly sinks to the bottom of the pool.

- NOT by the cable. To minimize debris falling back into the pool during removal, pull out of water and place upside down on ledge. Carefully reel in and coil the cable. Store ROBO-KLEEN PLUS in a dry shaded place at a temperature between 40˚ F and 90˚ F.

This may cause damage to the drive gear train. 4) Winterization Do not store ROBO-KLEEN PLUS where the temperature drops below 40˚ F. Freezing temperatures can affect seals and lubricants used in the mechanism.
