FRESH WATER SYSTEM
21. When the system is completely

through 16 to flush the system with fresh water. Be sure

22. Fill the water tank, if desired. The system is now ready to

THE WATER PUMP
,
The on-board fresh water system is pl'essurized by'a selfcpriming, 12cvolt
DC pump. The pump operates automatically when the p.uml? power switch is

ON and a faucet is opened. When the faucets m;eclosed, the pump shuts off.
At free flow; the pump draws approximately 7 to 7

12 amps, and can lUndry
for extended periods without damage. A IS-amp fuse in the panel board
(located at
thef~ot
of the bed) protectsthe water pump/water heater circuit.

Turn the pump master switch ON to pressurize the system. When afaucet
is opened after the initial filling of the tank, the water may sputter for a few
seconds. This is normal and is not cause for concern. The water flow
will
stabilize when all aids bled from the water lines .
. WATER FILTER
Dirt, mineral scale, and organic m;1tter ai'e filtereCi out of the fresh water
. system by an in-line waterfiltt<ron the inlet side of the water pump. If you
suspect a c1oggedfilter, it is easily removed and Cleaned.
