from the panel's camera, but audio only between them. If user in the flat decides to

Then conversation will be established between the panel and the flat. The
switchboard will show the message LINE ENGAGED. If user decides to reject the
call, he/she should hang up the handset. After that, the guard porter will can use the
self-start function to talk to the panel again.
