Multi-Position Freezer Compartment Shelves
Shelf supports at various bvels in the freezer
compartment let you reposition the shelves from
time to time to better
accommodate your
variable inventory of
frozen foods..
To repasition shelves:
1. While pressing tabs
on shelf supports on the
right wall, lift the shelf
out of the grooves in
the supports
2o Pu!l shelf sideways
until shelf rods come
out of holes on left walt.
3. Select desired shelf
height and insert rods
into holes on left wall,
If the shelf supports at the desired level on the right
wall have tabs, lower the shelf into the grooves on the
support while pressing the tabs. Be sure the shelf ,,,,,ireis
fully inserted into the grooves,
If the shelf supports at the desired level on the
right wall do not have tabs, merely lower the shelf into
place on the supports
Storage Drawers
Freezer Bin
You can store bulky
and odd-shaped food
packages in this slide-
out bin and remove them
easily when you want
them without disturbing
foods storec_above or
next to them.
Dell Pan
The Dell Pan-and shelf
to which it is attached-
can be relocated within the
Fresh Food compartment.
The sealed drawer retains
high humidity for convenient
storage of meats and cheese,
bacon, hors d'oeuvres, spreads
and snacks
Handi-Shelf
This swing-down shelf
provides extra shelf space
when needed. When you
want to use it, pull the shelf
forward as far as it goes,
then lower iL Be careful not
to force it clown before it is pulled out al! the way. To raise
it back into position, pull the shdf forward, push it up and
slide it back fully until it stops.
Sealed Crisper Drawer
This sealed drawer
is designed to keep t[I
unwrapped foods fresh
by retaining the natural
moisture content of foods
such as:

• Artichokes • Celery - Lettuce • Radishes
• Asparagus • Cherries • Parsley . Rhubarb
• Beets, topped • Corn • Peas, green • Spinach
• Blueberries . Currants • Plums • Tomatoes,
• Carrots • Greens, leafy ripe
As in any refrigerated storage area, foods with strong
odors should be stored wrapped-foods such as:
• Brussels - Broccoli • Cauliflower • Turnips
Sprouts - Cabbage • Green Onions • Parsnips
Temperature Controlled Meats Drawer
(on some models)
The convertible meat drawer has its own cold air duct to
allow a stream of cold air from the freezer compartment
to flow around the drawer°
The variable temperature control regulates the air flow
from the freezer compartment.
Set the control lever
all the way up-the
coldest setting-to store
fresh meats_, i f the lever
is left in the meat position
for a long period of time,
some frost may form on
the inside of the drawer
Set the control lever all the way down to convert the
drawer to normal refrigerator temperature and provide
extra vegetable storage space° The cold air duct is turned
off,
Variable settings between these extremes can be
selected.
