Email Setup

Enter "Main Menu Setup—Communication Email Setup" as shown in Fig. 37.
Open the mail function, and then set the following parameter, when the corresponding event fires, the system
automatically sends a mail to the address specified.
SMTP and Port The sender's mailbox server address. The SMTP port number is 25;
Authent: Whether the message settings need SMTP authentication or not.
Username and Password: Use SMTP authentication using user name and password.
Email By: Receive messages see the sender address.
Subject: E-Mail subject
Email to: Fill in the recipient's e-mail address.
Touch Off Type: Select the type of event that triggers the message, including external alarms, motion
detection, alarm events such as video missing, hard drive exception, illegal access and other significant
events.
