Recharging the Battery

Caution: Never recharge the battery differently from

the procedure described in this document.
To recharge your battery, complete the following steps:

Note: The batteries will charge much faster (by several

hours) if charging with the notebook powered off.
Slide the battery out.
Install the battery pack in your computer (if not already
installed).
Connect the AC Adapter.
To maintain a full charge, leave the computer connected
to the AC Adapter when not in transport.
