Using WorldSmart for Snom
ACD Login
Dial 9997. When prompted, enter your user code and password. User code is the same as your
WorldSmart AutoAttendant extension.
Enter your password followed by the # key. Password is by default the same as your Voicemail PIN.
Press 1 to login or 2 to log out.
When valid code and password are used, you get the "Agent logged in" message.
Transferring Calls using #
During a call, press # followed by the number or extension to which the call is to be transferred.
This type of transfer can be done only in case of calls that have come in through the auto-Attendant
or through a DID. It does not work with extension-to-extension calls.
Transferring to user's voicemail
To transfer an ongoing call directly to the voicemail of one of your colleagues:
Press #* and enter the extension of the user.
Parking Calls
Dial #9996
The IVR announces an extension where the call is parked. On your Snom, the call will immediately discon-
nect, and the caller will hear music on hold.
The call can remain parked for up to 300 seconds.
Any WorldSmart user in your account can pick up this call by dialing the extension announced.
You can inform one of your colleagues to pick up the parked call. Or you can pick up the call yourself from
another phone if you wish to.
When no one picks up the parked call, it will come back to you; however, it will again follow your routing plan
from the beginning. Call parking does not work with calls that have not come through the auto-attendant....
