Using the Buzz:
Hood
Clip the hood onto the Buzz seat frame. Check to make sure
it is properly secured.
(25) The hood is height adjustable. To remove the hood,
push the clips off the frame.
Safety bar
(26) Insert the safety bar into the openings on the Buzz
seat until you hear a "click".
(27) To remove the safety bar, press the buttons and pull
the bar forward. The safety bar can be swung open
by releasing it on one side.
Important: Always secure your child with the restrai-
ning straps.
Placing your child in the Buzz
Set the brake on the Buzz before placing your child in it.
Make sure the safety harness is unhooked before placing
your child in the pushchair seat.
(28) Slide the buckle sections together. Fasten the lap and
shoulder belts to the crotch strap by "clicking" the
buckle sections into the buckle.
(29) Adjust the belts to the size of your child by
lengthening or shortening them using the clasps.
(30) Push both buttons to open the belt buckle. There are
D-rings for attaching an additional safety harness.
Make sure it complies with all safety standards (i.e.
the BS 6684) before using it.
(31) The shoulder belts are height adjustable. Unfasten
the zipper behind the seat back to adjust the height.
(32) Important! The fasteners on the side of the safety
harnesses are for attaching the footmuff only.
Footrest
(33) The foot and leg rest on the Buzz seat can be adjus-
ted to two different positions. To adjust the foot and
leg rest, press the buttons on both sides and adjust to
the desired position.
Locking the swivel wheel
It is advisable to lock the swivel wheel into a fixed position
when using the pushchair in a straight direction for a
longer period.
(34) Push the swivel wheel lock downwards and turn the
front wheel into the backward position until you hear
a "click". The front wheel is now locked into the fixed
position. To unlock the swivel wheel, push the swivel
wheel lock upwards.
Carrier bag
(35) Hang the carrier bag over the bar on the back. The
carrier bag behind the rear wheels has a carrying
capacity of a maximum of 5 kg. Important: Use the
storage features only as directed and do not exceed
the maximum weight limit.

Folding
The Buzz can only be folded with the pushchair seat
attached if the seat is placed in the sitting position and
is forward facing. Quinny recommends that you always
remove the Buzz seat before folding.
Always set the parking brake before folding the Buzz.
(36) Fold up the hood.
(37) Press the release button and slide handlebar in.
(38) Stand on the side of the front wheel. Push in the
(left) control button "with ridges", while at the same
time using your thumb to slide the (right) control
button "with arrows" in the direction of the arrows,
and then press it. Keep both buttons pressed and
then pull the frame downwards at an angle towards
the front wheel.

(39) Push the Buzz frame down as far as possible. Secure
the transport hook to the transport loop to prevent
the Buzz from unfolding during transport.

of the Buzz frame.
(41) Press the release buttons and pull front fork out of
the tube on the Buzz frame.
Caring for the Buzz
• Check regularly to make sure everything functions pro-
perly.
• For reasons of safety, always use original parts.
• During rain always use the rain cover to prevent water-
marks, etc.
• Dry the Quinny Buzz off after use in rainy weather with a
soft absorbent cloth.
• Take off removable wheels once a month so that you can
clean the axles (remove sand and dirt) and lubricate with
dry Teflon spray or acid-free vaseline.
• Never use silicon lubricants, as they will attract dirt and
grime.
• Use a damp cloth to clean the frame, the fabric and car-
rier bag. Do not use abrasive cleaners for this.
• Make sure that the pressure of all the tyres is correct and
the same. This means that the pushchair will ride more
easily and prevents damage to (and squeaking of) turning
and hinged parts.
• Inflate the rear tyres to a maximum pressure of 26 PSI
(1.8 Bar). The tyres are equipped with a "car tyre valve"
and can be inflated using the pump provided. The valves
on the rear wheels can be easily accessed from the inside
of the wheel.

• If the inner tube has a puncture, repair it as you would
a bicycle tyre or have it repaired at a bicycle repair shop.
You can buy loose inner tubes from your salesperson.
• In the case of (transport) damage (e.g. after a flight) first
have your Quinny Buzz checked/repaired by your sales-
person before using it.
• Always deflate the tyres when taking the Buzz on an
aircraft, as the pressure difference could cause the tyres
to burst.
• Riding through seawater is strongly advised against. After
using the Buzz on the beach, clean the frame and wheels
thoroughly with water. Use of the Buzz on the beach
may result in rust or scale formation.
• The tyres may leave black marks on some surfaces
(particularly smooth floors like parquet, laminate and
linoleum).
