User manual
If you press and hold the reset button for more than 2 seconds, the computer will totally reset
all values to zero. You may select another training mode then.
If you exceed the target pulse rate for more than 30 seconds on tension level 1 (very easy), the
computer will stop the training automatically.
It will emit a beeping sound then.
When you reach a programmed target value during exercise, the computer will beep multiple
times to give you a sign to stop. If you exercise below the target value, the beeping will stop.
To interrupt the exercise it is also possible to press the Start/Stop-button in this mode (Stop-
Mode).
4. Watt-controlled exercise (presetting a WATT value)
Within this mode you can preset WATT to enter the watt-controlled training mode.
After selecting this mode, enter the WATT value with UP/DOWN and MODE (change the
standard value 120). You may preset the Watt value up to max. 350 Watt.
If you have preset watt, it is not possible to change the load level manually (with UP and
DOWN) as usual. The computer will control the load automatically according to the target Watt
value. However, you may adjust the watt preset value with the "UP" & "DOWN" – buttons.
Also you may preset a target value for exercise time in this mode.
