Possible Cause and Remedy
Blue power not connected and Blue
aligned with sensor
- Connect Blue power at motor
Amber power not connected, motor
not moving
- Connect Amber power at motor
Amber sensor not connected
- Connect Amber sensor
Amber movement restricted or
impeded
- Remove obstruction
Amber sensor is faulty
- Replace color sensor assembly
Aux Board 2 is faulty
Replace aux board
Amber power not connected, and
amber aligned with sensor
- Connect Amber power at motors
Aux input connector (J5) not
connected to either aux board
- Connect aux input connector (J5)
to either aux board
Jumper/bridge connector (J1)
between aux boards not connected
- Install jumper/bridge connector
(J1) between aux boards
Aux input connector (J5) not

- Connect aux input connector (J5)
