window are ZERO.

Press SET button 5 times. The heart rate will show on
the display area.
2.
Press FAST or SLOW button to amend this number.
3.
Press START button to start or STOP to cancel.

Put your hands on the heart sensor and hold the
handrail while exercising.
5.
The machine will adjust the speed to reach the pulse
that you set up. If the pulse is lower, the speed will
increase. If the pulse is higher, the speed will
decrease.
NOTE: The maximum speed on this program is 6 km/h.
