5. Appendix. How to set 'Port Forwarding'

Each manufacturer uses different terminology for this function such as 'Port Forwarding', 'Port Mapping', 'Virtual
Server', 'Pinholes', etc. This menu is normally under 'Advance Setup' or 'Application' tab of the DSL router's Web page.
DSL router's Web page can be accessed through Internet Explorer with its IP address (Gateway address) as below
example.
Each manufacturer usually uses the same gateway address for their routers as below chart. However, user should check
the Gateway address for the specific model through the manual.
