The user based settings for different unit
functions in the convenience and infotainment
system are made via an operating unit and
a display.
Steering column switch

Operation is via control levers on the steering
column switch and selection is made from the
menu via the display in the dash panel insert.
The settings selected are stored in the control
unit, which is responsible for the control of each
function.
Transfer of the necessary information between
the control unit with display in the dash panel
insert and the other associated control units is
managed by the CAN data bus.
