16.2.4 Settings

The "Settings" menu contains the "Firmware upgrade" menu item to activate a
new firmware.
To activate a new firmware, choose the "..." button and browse your PC file
system looking for the firmware file (<firmware_filename>.img). By clicking on
the "Start" button, the download from the PC to the telephone will start.
When the download is complete, the connection between the PC and the
telephone will be interrupted and the telephone will be automatically turned
on. To reactivate the connection, turn the telephone on manually. This opera-
tion called "Reactivate the connection" will take a few minutes.
