    Chapter General Information This WLAN/ GSM Dual mode phone supports both GSM 900/1800/1900 and VoIP call via Wi-Fi 802.11b/g (WLAN at 2.4GHz). The Dual mode phone allows users to make or receive phone calls as long as they are in the coverage of IEEE 802.11b or 11g wireless Access Points. The Dual mode phone described in this guide is approved for use on the GSM 900/1800/1900 network.

    Chapter Getting started Installing the SIM Card and the Battery Keep all miniature SIM cards out of the reach of small children. The SIM card and its contacts can easily be damaged by scratches or bending, so be careful when handling, inserting or removing the card. Before installing the SIM card, always make sure that the phone is switched off and disconnected from any enhancement and then remove the battery.

    Chapter WLAN The Dual mode phone has been pre-configured to work with any open wireless network. The phone will obtain an IP address automatically once it recognizes and connects to the WLAN network. Any modifications made to the internal configuration of this device, not expressly approved by your service provider will void the warranty of this device.
