Problem
You cannot find the
highlight box on the Web
page you are looking at.
You cannot see all the
contents of the current
Web page.
You cannot type text into
a particular box on a Web
page.
There are no Web page
titles shown in the 'History' list.
There are no Web page
titles shown in the
'Favourites' list.
Your plug-in keyboard
and/or mouse does not
work properly.
Any other problem not
already described.

Probable Cause
The page may have many links,
which can make the highlight
more difficult to see.
The Web page is larger than the
visible area of your TV screen.
You have not highlighted the box
in which you want to type.
You have not yet visited any
other Web pages.
You have pressed the recessed
Reset button (
) on the front
of your set-top box.
You have not yet chosen any
favourite Web pages.
You have deleted all the Web
page titles in the list.
The cable from the device is not
plugged into your set-top box
correctly.
Suggested Remedy
Press the arrow buttons on your remote
control to move the highlight until you can
see it clearly.
Highlight and select the Up or Down icons on
the toolbar, or press the Page + or – buttons on
your remote control, to 'scroll' the Web page
until you can see hidden areas.
Use the arrow buttons to move the highlight
over the box where you want to type.
Highlight and select links on the current Web
page to visit other Web pages on the Internet.
No remedy available – visit other Web pages
to make a new 'History' list.
When you visit a Web page you would like to
quickly return to, highlight and select the Save
icon on the toolbar to put its title in the
'Favourites' list.
Make a new list as above.
Check that the cable(s) from the keyboard
and/or mouse are properly connected to
your set-top box.
Press the Standby button to switch your
set-top box off, and on again.
Press the recessed Reset button (
