Verify the evenness of the intake connectors.
When installing a cylinder and/or a cylinder head, use the
alignment tool or the exhaust manifold to verify the seal between
the intake manifold and the exhaust before tightening the nuts of
the cylinder head.

Or use the exhaust manifold
to align the cylinders
Place the spacer nuts as shown in the illustration.

Tighten the nuts of the cylinder head to 22 N-m (16 lbf - ft) in a
criss-cross sequence. Tighten each cylinder head individually.

Install the armature flange, the fan housing, then the air
deflector.
Install a gasket on each side of the deflector.
