1. This product was made through a series of thorough and strict inspection processes.
2. In case that our product has functional defects during the term of quality guarantee and that the defects are caused by normal
use, our company will repair them without charge, and if it is not possible to repair the product, it will be exchanged with new one.
This guarantee can not be applied in following cases, and consequently the product can be repaired with charge.
1) When the malfunction or damage of the product occurred after the term of guarantee was expired
2) When the customer caused the damage on purpose or by mistake
3) When other repair center caused the damage
4) When the damage was caused by malfunction of the electric source or connector (regardless of the term of guarantee)
5) When the durability of the part itself is over (only when it is included in the operating manual)
6) When a natural disaster caused the damage or defect of the product
3. If you want our company to repair the product, please contact our customer service center.
This product will be exchanged, repaired, or paid back in case of justifiable customer damage, based on the compensation
regulations of customer damage notified by Ministry of Finance and Economy.
The cases not written in this guarantee will follow the compensation regulations of customer damage item by item.
