Solution
Turn the fuel valve to reserve, refuel
Inspect and replace
Replace with new fuel
Inspect, clean and/or replace spark plugs
Inspect, clean and/or replace spark plugs

Set gap to specs or replace plugs
Check all connections and tighten
Recharge battery with .5 amp charger
Replace with recommended fuel
