b PC / Optical interface
This is used by service technicians
to run diagnostic checks on your
machine and can also be used to
update programming data in the
future.
c Start button
Starts the programme selected. The
green backlighting of the word Start
will flash when a programme can be
started, and will light up constantly
when a programme has started.
d Delay start button
For selecting delay start. If a Delay
start time has been selected, the
word Delay start will be backlit in
yellow.
e Extra options buttons
Various extra options can be added
to the washing programmes. If an
extra option has been selected, the
relevant word will be backlit in
yellow.

f Spin button
For selecting the spin speed or
deselecting the spin (No spin). The
spin speed selected will be backlit in
yellow.
g Programme selector
For selecting the wash programme
and temperature for that programme.
The programme selector can be
turned clockwise or anti-clockwise.
h Button K
For switching the washing machine
on and off.
To save energy, the washing
machine will switch itself off
automatically 15 minutes after the
end of the programme/anti-crease
phase or after being switched on, if
no other selection is made.
i Door button
Opens the machine door.
