4. Open the outer jam cover in Tray2.
5. Open the inner cover of Tray2.

6. Pull the jammed paper out in the direction
shown. To avoid tearing the paper, pull it out
gently and slowly.
7. Close the two jam covers.
If you cannot find the jammed paper, or if there
is any resistance removing the paper, stop
pulling and continue.
