5-3. Preset Operator File

5-3. Preset Operator File
The preset operator file is designed to store the standard values of the operator file items. There are two
ways of calling the preset operator file; calling from the setup menu or reading at power ON. The items
which can be stored on file are the same as Operator File.

As for the setup menu, refer to Section 4.
Calling Using the Setup Menu (Refer to step 3 of Fig. 5-2.)
Set the setup menu as follows.
[OPERATION] → [OPERATOR|FILE] → [PRESET]
Calling without Using the Setup Menu (Refer to step 3 of Fig. 5-2.)
Set the WHITE BAL switch to "PRST", and while pushing the AUTO W/B BAL switch to the WHT
side, set the POWER switch to ON.
Storing the Preset Values (Refer to step 4 of Fig. 5-2.)
The items of the preset values can be changed using the setup menu.
Set the setup menu as follows.
[FILE] → [OPERATOR|FILE] → [STORE|PRESET|FILE]
Then, current status can be stored in the camera as Preset Operator File.
Initializing the Preset Values (Refer to step 5 of Fig. 5-2.)
Set the setup menu as follows to initialize the changed preset items to the factory-set data.
[FILE] → [FILE|CLEAR] → [PRESET|OPERATOR]
