Set Up
1.
Adjust bar to appropriate height for exercise. See Diagram A.
2.
Adjust bar stops to appropriate height for exercise. See Diagram B.
Ensure stops are set properly at equal height.
3.
Load bar evenly with appropriate resistance. Unloaded bar weight = 15 pounds (7kg).

Movement
1.
Position yoursalf for the exercise to be performed and grasp bar.
2.
Lift bar rotate to release catch. See Diagram A.
3.
Lift/lower bar with smooth, controlled movements.
4.
Lock bar by rotating until catch is fully engaged. See Diagram A. Ensure bar catch is fully engaged
over hook before releasing grip on bar.
