The machine has holes in the feet, which allow for ease in anchoring to the floor. All anchoring holes must be used to maximize stability. Cybex Plate Loaded 16120 Smith Press Owner’s Manual Exercise Intended Use The intended commercial use of this machine is to aid exercise and improve general physical fitness. Instructions Read and understand all instructions and warnings prior to using this machine in the Safety section of the Owner’s Manual. - Page 17 Cybex Plate Loaded 16120 Smith Press Owner’s Manual SET UP 1.
