You must say the voice command exactly as you said it
when you recorded it. This may be difficult in, for example, a
noisy environment or during an emergency, so you should
not rely solely upon voice commands in all circumstances.
Recorder
The tape recorder feature allows you to
record pieces of speech, sounds or an
active phone call. This is especially useful
if you need to note information during a
call: for example, you can record a name or a number to be
written down later.

Obey all local laws governing recording of calls. Do not use
this feature illegally.
You can make up to 10 recordings as long as you do not exceed
an overall recording time of four minutes. Each recording is
saved together with the running number, the length and time of
the call, and the memory status.
New recordings are automatically saved in the memory. When
the memory is full, the message
shown on the display. To be able to make new tape recordings,
you will first have to erase some old ones.

Press and hold the key to begin recording during a phone
call.

You can easily play back your recordings using a voice
command. Say the voice command and your car phone will
begin with the recording last made. With

Before you can use this shortcut, you will have to assign a
voice command to this function in your car phone. For
further information, see Voice commands on page 38.
Record
This option allows pieces of speech to be recorded and
automatically saves the recording.
To make a recording:

Select the Recorder menu and press

Scroll with to Record
option.

Follow the instructions shown on the display.
If you are engaged in an active call and wish to make a
recording:

To start recording, press and hold

To end the recording, press
All records are stored and numbered (e.g. tape 1).
To get the list with the records:

In the standby display, select the option
to open it and view the list of tape recordings.

Scroll with to the desired recording and press
select it.
