Setting image size
The larger the image size, the higher the image resolution. As the size
increases, the number of images to shoot and amount of recordable time
decrease (nP. 502).
Each image size of the still pictures is available in the following cases.
10M: 2736×3648
5M: 1944×2592
3M: 1536×2048
FullHD: 1080×1920
Stand-by: 480×854

These are ideal sizes for viewing on a PC or
printing.
This is the same size as the display on the
FOMA terminal. Useful for shooting a still
picture to set as the stand-by display.

Available image sizes differ depending on the camera mode, shooting
position, and main camera/sub camera.
For shooting still pictures, set the main/sub camera and the normal/
Cycloid position separately.
For shooting moving pictures, both cameras are set in the same size.
However, when the main camera is set to FWVGA: 864×480 or VGA:
640×480 and switched to the sub camera, the image size will be QCIF:

Setting image quality

The better the image quality, the more detailed and clearer the image. As
the quality increases, the number of images to shoot and amount of
recordable time decrease (nP. 502).

NORMAL
ECONOMY (only for moving pictures) Increase shooting time and shoot.
For shooting still pictures, set the main/sub camera and the normal/
Cycloid position separately.

These are ideal sizes for attaching to i-mode
mail and sending to the i-mode terminal or PC,
etc.
This is the size for shooting panoramic
pictures.
