Wash carburetter body and composing parts in fuel. Jet
bores must never be cleaned by means of a piece of
steel w i r e , but by compressed air. When
re-assembling
the carburetter, tighten jets w e l l .
3.3.7 Regulating the idling speed
Every time the carburetter is cleaned, regulating the id-
ling speed will be necessary. Carry through with a hot
engine. Adjust set-screw on carburetter body until engine
idles correctly.
3.3.8 Checking the ignition system
Ignition timing: Correct ignition timing is a prerequisite

engine

maximum
output.
