Trouble
Power is
automatically
turned
off or this
terminal is
automatically
restarted.
No
operation is
performed
even when
tapping
the touch
screen.
The touch
screen
reacts
slowly when
a screen is
tapped.
• If this terminal of battery
pack is dirty, the contact
may become bad and the
power may shut off. When it is
dirty, clean the battery pack
contact with a dry cotton
swab etc.
• Is the screen locked? Unlock
the screen by pressing
(Power/Screen lock key)

• It may be occurred when large
amount of data is saved in
this terminal or transferring
large-size data between this
terminal and microSD card.
• Do you attach a protection
sheet on the terminal? The
operations may be impeded by
the protection sheet.
• If the surface of the display
is scratched or damaged,
contact "Repairs" on the
back cover of this manual (in
Japanese only) or DOCOMO-
specified repair office.
