To detach the flow generator from the humidifier cradle,
first remove the water chamber then fully depress the flow
generator release button to separate (Fig 12).
NOTE
- The flow generator release button must be pressed completely to
separate.

Use a soft damp cloth to clean the surfaces of the unit.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
Unit does not turn
on. Power indicator
not lit.
The air supply does
not seem to be
high enough.
The device reports
a mask leak but my
mask seems to be
fitting well.
The heater setting
is not visible on the
LCD display.
Dryness of throat
or nose.
Excessive
condensation or
water in tubing.
Probable Cause
1. Flow generator is not
plugged in or the power
cord is not fully inserted.
2. The flow generator is not
fully seated onto the

humidifier cradle.

3. There is no outlet power.
The flow generator is not fully
seated onto the humidifier
cradle.
1. The humidifier chamber is
not fully engaged or is
missing.
2. The air supply port plug is
missing from the back of
the CPAP or not fully
inserted.
The flow generator is not fully
seated onto the humidifier
cradle.
Inadequate humidity level.
1. Heater control setting too
high.
2. Heated humidifier is placed
higher than patient.
3. Humidifier chamber
overfilled.

Remedy
1. Plug the power cord into a live
power source. Ensure that the
power cord is properly
connected to the unit and the
power source.
2. Refer to System Assembly in this
manual for instructions on
system setup.
3. Locate a suitable functioning
power source.

plug is fully inserted into the
back of the CPAP .

fully into the cradle. Verify the
release latch clicks into place.

Increase the heater setting on the
humidifier.

level.
