System Overview System Architecture ROBO-8120VG2R adopts Intel single or dual Dual-Core™/Quad-Core™ Xeon ® ® C5500/C3500 series processors in LGA1366 package and 3420 server chipset. Intel ® Xeon processors support ECC & registered DDR3 1333/1066/800 system memory ® up to 32GB on four DIMM sockets, and two configurable PCI Express x8 links. The PCI Express link was configured as four PCI Express x4 and one PCI Express x16 thru BIOS and jumper setting.

Configuring System Bus ROBO-8120VG2R will automatically detect the CPU FSB 800/1066/1333 MHz used. CPU speed of Intel Core 2 Duo and Intel Core 2 Quad Processor can be detected automatically.
System Installation Main Memory ROBO-8120VG2R provide 4 x 240-pin DIMM sockets which supports 800/1066/1333 ECC DDR3 SDRAM as main memory, The maximum memory size can be up to 32GB capacity. For system compatibility and stability, do not use memory module without brand.
3.3.1 Chipset Component Driver The chipset on ROBO-8120VG2R is a new chipset that a few old operating systems might not be able to recognize. To overcome this compatibility issue, for Windows Operating Systems such as Windows XP/Vista/Win7, please install its INF before any of other Drivers are installed.
